Dr Mimi Lu is a Paediatric Respiratory and Sleep Physician at the Woolcock Clinic and the Children’s Hospital Westmead. She earned her MBBS from the University of NSW and completed a fellowship in respiratory and sleep medicine at the Children’s Hospital Westmead. Dr Lu has also worked at the Queensland Children’s Hospital in the same specialty.
Her clinical interests cover a broad range of paediatric sleep disorders—including snoring, obstructive sleep apnea, restless sleep, and childhood parasomnia—as well as respiratory conditions such as asthma, chronic cough, and various congenital or genetic respiratory diseases. She has published research on paediatric sleep and respiratory medicine in peer‑reviewed journals and is actively involved in teaching and mentoring junior medical officers and medical students.
