How to print to PDF

To print a document as a PDF, choose a PDF printer when you print:

Method 1 – Microsoft Print to PDF
1. Open the document you want to print.
2. Press Ctrl + P (or choose File → Print).
3. In the printer list, select Microsoft Print to PDF.
4. Click Print and choose a location to save the PDF file.

Method 2 – Adobe PDF (if Adobe Acrobat is installed)
1. Open the document you want to print.
2. Press Ctrl + P (or choose File → Print).
3. In the printer list, select Adobe PDF.
4. Click Print, then specify where to save the PDF.
