How to mount a network drive to a local drive letter on Windows

  1. Open File Explorer (press Win + E).
    2. In the navigation pane, select This PC (or Computer).
    3. Click Map network drive on the toolbar.
    4. Choose an available Drive letter from the dropdown list.
    5. Enter the Network path (e.g., \\server\share).
    6. If required, provide the username and password for the network location.
    7. Click Finish (or Connect) to complete the mapping.
